Americut Wire EDM specializes in precision wire and high speed, small-hole EDM machining for project sizes ranging from prototype to high volume production. We use 4- and 5-axis, large travel, Swiss EDM machines that are capable of carbide tapping and drilling diameters as small as 0.005” and up to 0.250”. For increased accuracy and throughput, our EDM equipment features advanced CAD/CAM software along with automatic threading and closed loop glass scales on each axis.
